Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is very important to us and we don’t take that lightly. sells various products and we take the quality of them very seriously.  Please thoroughly inspect your products carefully upon arrival to ensure that they are not defective or have not been damaged during shipment. If your product arrives damaged, simply email us a picture of the damage within 72 hours of delivery and we will be happy to replace it. Claims for damaged products must be made within 72 hours of receiving the product and sent to We encourage you to please provide details of the damage, including photo proof of damage within that time-frame.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund (less shipping cost) of the purchase price within 30 days of your order with valid proof of purchase and provided such products are returned in their original condition.  Once we have received the returned product we will immediately process your refund.

Notice: Please DO NOT send any return packages to our corporate office.  All product shipping and handling is processed at one of our three distribution centers across the country.

Please contact to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) number before shipping your product so we can send you the appropriate address for the applicable distribution center to ship your product back to us to process your return. No returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA number.

AlternativeWellness makes every effort to be generous with our refund policy but due to the nature of the products we sell, there are some limitations to what can be returned.

ALL orders that meet the following criteria are not eligible for a refund:

  • contain a 10g tube of our pure oils or
  • Bulk orders (4 or more of the same product are not eligible for a refund as we consider bulk orders to mean you have already tried and are comfortable with that product).

Refunds will be processed within approximately FIVE (5) business days of our receipt of your merchandise. Your refund will be credited back to the same payment method used to make the original purchase on the Site. WE OFFER NO REFUNDS ON SALE PRODUCTS OR ANY PRODUCTS DESIGNATED ON THIS SITE AS NON-RETURNABLE.

You are responsible for all shipping charges on returned items. You bear the risk of loss during shipment. We therefore strongly recommend that you fully insure your return shipment against loss or damage and that you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection.

For defective returns, please refer to the manufacturer’s warranty (see Section 12 and Section 13 in the Website Terms and Conditions) included with the product or as detailed in the product’s description on our Site.
